Elad Hever

Elad Hever currently serves as the COO at BloomX, previously holding the title of Vice President Operations at Cognyte. With experience at Verint spanning over two decades, Elad has expertise in leading global operations, supply chain processes, NPI, system engineering, and managing large teams. Their background includes roles such as Global NPI & System Engineering Group Manager, System Engineering Group Manager, NPI Manager, and Hardware Development Engineer. Elad holds a B.sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
