At bloss.m, we believe every girl and woman deserves the opportunity to lead, thrive, and shape the future she envisions for herself.

We are a social impact organisation dedicated to supporting girls and women at critical stages of their personal, educational, and professional journeys. Through evidence-based programmes, strategic partnerships, and transformative experiences, we equip the next generation with the confidence, skills, networks, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Our work focuses on four key areas:

1. Leadership Development: Building confidence, self-awareness, communication, and leadership capabilities

2. Mentoring & Career Exposure: Connecting girls and young women with mentors, role models, and career opportunities

3. Mental Wellbeing & Personal Growth: Supporting resilience, wellbeing, identity development, and belonging

4. Technology & Future Skills: Preparing young women to navigate and shape an increasingly digital world

Since our founding, we have supported ~4,000 girls and women through programmes, partnerships, and initiatives delivered across schools, communities, and workplaces.

We work alongside educators, families, employers, funders, and community organisations to create pathways that unlock potential and expand opportunities for the next generation.
