Wilfried Brussee

Wilfried Brussee is currently the Head of Housing at Blosse, leading a team of twelve within a foundation that encompasses 1,150 employees across 31 child centers. Prior to this, Wilfried held various management roles, including Facility Manager for Philips in Amsterdam and Manager of Housing and Facilities at Lexence N.V., where responsibilities included overseeing large-scale facility management processes and project management. Wilfried has a strong educational background in facilities planning, housing management, and health, safety, and environmental studies, with degrees from institutions such as the University of Greenwich and the University of Twente. While previously active in sectors like transport and construction, Wilfried remains committed to enhancing organizational effectiveness and empowering individuals through collaboration and value creation.
