Blount Boats, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a licensing agreement with South Boats Special Projects, Ltd., based at Cowes on the Isle of Wight, England to be the exclusive shipyard to manufacture U.S. flagged aluminum catamarans of South Boats designs for the U.S. wind farm industry. Blount Boats operates a shipyard in Warren, Rhode Island.

Blount Boats has built over 325 hulls at our shipyard in Warren, Rhode Island which has been in continuous operation since the company was founded in 1949.
