Santosh Mathilakath

Santosh Mathilakath is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at BLOX since August 2025, Santosh focuses on transforming the construction industry through lean manufacturing and high predictability practices. As a Board Member and Advisor at e2log since April 2021, involvement includes fundraising and mentoring in the Supply Chain Management and Logistics sector. Previously, as President and CEO of Modumetal, Inc. from July 2022 to December 2024, Santosh led the commercialization of innovative nanotechnology solutions. Prior roles include influential leadership positions at LoneStar Group, the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association, and National Oilwell Varco, where achievements include significant revenue growth and successful market expansion. Santosh holds an MBA from Rice University and advanced degrees in mechanical engineering from Wright State University and Bangalore University.
