Shaw Powell

Shaw Powell currently serves as an MEP Coordinator at BLOX since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination for projects. Previously, Shaw worked as a Mechanical Estimator/Engineer at McKelvey Mechanical from June 2019 to February 2020, focusing on analyzing blueprints, attending bid meetings, and creating comprehensive HVAC and mechanical piping estimates. Shaw was also an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers from August 2014 to May 2018 and the Young Black Artist Movement from August 2013 to May 2017. Shaw earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University, completing studies in 2018.
