Thore Harmuth

Thore Harmuth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thore is currently the Co-Founder & CCO at BLP Digital AG since September 2021. Prior to this, Thore worked at Microsoft from November 2015 to August 2021 as a Channel Executive in the Retail/Consumer Products division. In 2014, they had brief stints at Lazard as part of the M&A team and at the Swiss University Sports Federation as the Head of Delegation for Switzerland. Thore also worked at Rocket Internet GmbH in 2013, where they contributed to the Global Venture Development in the Zalando Partner Program. Thore gained experience in supply chain management and business process optimization at BASF from February to May 2013. Thore started their career at HSH Nordbank, serving in the Global Capital Markets & Corporate Clients division from August 2007 to July 2009. Thore was also involved in the St. Gallen Symposium from September 2010 to July 2011 as a team member responsible for Germany and technical operations.

Thore Harmuth completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen from 2009 to 2012. Thore then pursued a Master of Arts HSG (M.A. HSG) in Banking and Finance at the University of St.Gallen from 2013 to 2015. During their master's program, they participated in an exchange program at the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2015, where they focused on Finance. Additionally, they obtained further international exposure by completing an exchange program in Business Administration at Bond University in 2012. Thore Harmuth has also attained various certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in February 2021, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals in June 2020, and Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals in February 2020.
