David Oliver

David Oliver is Director of Project Management at BLR, where David applies project management and process management methods to achieve defined outcomes and build relationships. Prior to this, David worked as a Project Manager at Simplify Compliance, leading high-impact projects and facilitating migration to Microsoft Teams. David also served as a Consultant at Merrill Media Communications, implementing Agile solutions, and as a ScrumMaster at EBSCO Information Services, overseeing Scrum teams and implementing Scaled Agile Framework. In addition, David has experience as a Product Management Analyst, Project Coordinator, Order Processing Supervisor, and Benefits Coordinator. David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from Eastern Nazarene College.
