Melanie Murphy has extensive experience in various fields, including human resources, commercial real estate, and entrepreneurial ventures. As a Partner Solutions expert at BLR since December 2014, Melanie has supported companies in achieving strategic and financial goals across HR, EHS, and L&D sectors. Melanie founded and served as CEO of YouMeMine from March 2017 to May 2023, creating the largest global database for egg donors and surrogates. Prior roles include Senior Account Executive at CoStar Group/LoopNet, where Melanie developed new markets in the US, and Commercial Real Estate Broker at Grubb & Ellis and Griffin Commercial.
