Abigail Leadbeater

Abigail Leadbeater is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning professional currently building a data culture at Blue Ventures. Previously, Abigail held roles as Acting Head of Monitoring and Evaluation and Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the same organization, where significant contributions included developing a fisheries impact indicator and driving digital data projects. Abigail has experience as a Scientific Officer at the North Western Inshore Fisheries & Conservation Authority, a Field Scientist for Blue Ventures, and a Project Assistant at Grampus Heritage & Training Ltd. Abigail earned an MSc in Tropical Coastal Management from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
