Nicole Maddock is currently the Development and Grants Lead for Indonesia at Blue Ventures, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Development and Grants Manager at Blue Ventures from 2021 to 2024. Maddock has also held roles at the Natural History Museum as a Trusts and Foundations Executive, and at the Zoological Society of London in various fundraising positions, including Institutional Fundraiser and Trusts and Foundations Executive. They began their career as a Research & Education Volunteer with the Bay Islands Conservation Association, where they engaged in conservation education and field research. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Conservation Science and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology with Geography from the University of Exeter.
