Simon also held roles as an Audit Senior at Crowe Erastus, where they led a team in preparing financial statements and conducting audits across various organizations. Currently, Simon is an Accounting Systems Analyst at Blue Ventures, driving financial system optimization and contributing to global ERP initiatives.
