Jack Carter

Jack Carter is a Managing Quantity Surveyor at blu-3 (UK) Limited, a position held since 2023. They previously worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Kier Group from 2020 to 2023 and in similar roles at Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK and the Skanska Balfour Beatty Joint Venture, from 2014 to 2015 and 2014 to 2020, respectively.
