We're BLU Crew, a post-construction cleaning company based in Caddo Mills, Texas. We're HUB Certified and minority-owned, and we currently work across seven states: TX, OK, LA, NM, MO, MN, and FL.
We started BLU Crew because post-construction cleaning is usually treated as an afterthought. The last vendor on site, the last line item in the budget, the part of the project nobody documents. We thought it deserved better.
So we built our work around three things.
A five phase process that takes a project from kickoff to handover, with a defined deliverable at every step.
Our CLEAN methodology, a top-down approach where we work each space from the highest finishes down, so the work we've already completed stays clean while other trades are still moving through.
And a real-time reporting system that gives our clients photo-backed updates throughout the job, not just at the walk-through. That reporting matters for a specific reason. When another trade marks up an area we already delivered, the documentation shows exactly when and how we cleaned it the first time. The change order for the rework then goes back to the trade that caused it, instead of eating into the GC's margin.
We've worked with premium partners like Sebastian Construction Group, Robins & Morton, HOAR Construction, and many more general contractors and developers who care about how a project ends, not just how it starts. Our work includes over 20 Crunch Fitness gym builds, hospital construction projects, and luxury manor turnovers for Sebastian.

To revolutionize the post-construction cleaning industry by providing real solutions, creating long-term partnerships, and delivering a quality product that aligns with our clients' vision.
