Troy Warkentin

Troy Warkentin has over 15 years of experience in various roles in the software industry. Troy is currently the Manager of Product Engineering at Blu Digital Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Agile Consultant at Catalyte from November 2021 to March 2022. From 2015 to 2021, Troy served as the Senior Scrum Master & Software QA Manager at SonoSim, Inc., where they were responsible for leading scrum teams and managing product backlogs. Before that, they were the Senior Scrum Master & Software QA Manager at Cooking.com from 2011 to 2015. Troy also worked as the Software Quality Assurance Manager at American LegalNet from December 2010 to October 2011 and as a Senior Business Analyst at Sony Pictures Entertainment from March 2010 to November 2010. Troy's early experience includes working as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Citysearch from 2007 to 2010, where they implemented the Scrum process and improved release time.

Troy Warkentin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Lethbridge, where they studied Psychology and English. Troy also completed a Business Administration program at Lethbridge College. In terms of additional certifications, Troy is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2012. Troy is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), which they obtained in February 2010.
