Ashton Jones

Ashton Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashton started their career as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom, where they focused on organizing the sales floor and providing excellent customer service. Ashton then worked as a Sales Associate at Len Druskin, where they developed brand and fit knowledge and assisted with stock and backroom duties.

In 2009, Ashton became a Key Holder at Roommates Closet Boutique, where they were responsible for visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a client list. Ashton then transitioned to Target, where they held various roles including Assistant Technical Designer for Accessories and Senior Product Development Coordinator for Jewelry & Special Projects Accessories. During their time at Target, they independently managed Junior's accessories product from a technical perspective, executed accessories designs for the TOMS for Target line, and managed samples and collaborated with the design team on stretch projects.

In 2015, Ashton joined Seasonal Specialties as a Product Development Assistant, supporting the development of seasonal products. Ashton later joined Blu Dot, initially as a Sr. Product Development Coordinator and eventually progressing to Senior Assortment Manager and Director of Assortment, Product Development + Design. In their roles at Blu Dot, they managed the end-to-end product life cycle, developed and executed the company's strategy and brand planning, and was responsible for pricing and margin.

Throughout their career, Ashton has demonstrated a strong understanding of product development, brand management, and retail operations. Ashton has also consistently contributed to growth and success in their roles, such as doubling the assortment offering at Blu Dot in just over 2 years.

Ashton Jones attended Eastview High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their diploma. Ashton later pursued higher education at FIDM from 2009 to 2011, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Product Development.
