Ben Baker has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of operations and sourcing. Ben started their career at SPL Integrated Solutions in 1999 as a Project Manager and worked there until 2005. Later, they joined Blu Dot in 2005 and held various roles including Account Manager from 2005 to 2007, Director of Asian Operations from 2007 to 2016, Vice President of Asian Operations from 2016 to 2017, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sourcing since 2017.
Ben Baker attended the University of Minnesota from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Literatures. In 1995 to 1996, they participated in a one-year study abroad program at Nankai University, focusing on Chinese Language and Literature.
