John McGuire

John McGuire is a dynamic and results-driven leader in Product and Quality Management with a robust background in engineering and compliance. Having served as the Director of Product Management at Blu Dot, they managed a portfolio of over 5,000 products generating $150 million annually, while also creating a comprehensive Quality Management System. John began their career as a Mechanical Engineer and Six Sigma Green Belt at Select Comfort, and is currently the Director of Quality & Engineering at Blu Dot, where they continue to drive improvements in product compliance and sustainability. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
