Blu Life Wellness Studio is a boutique style space dedicated to alternative therapy and holistic healing offering services such as Infrared Sauna Therapy with Medical-Grade Chromotherapy, and Hemp derived products.  

Infrared Sauna therapy uses gentle heat to detoxify the body directly while inducing a deep cellular level sweat.  Health benefits also include reduction of stress and fatigue, relief of muscle pain, alleviation of joint pain & stiffness, boosted immune system, increased metabolism, weight loss and more.  

Chromotherapy works on various energy points to help balance your body using the full spectrum of visible light.  Color and light have been used by healers for thousands of years.  Color has a profound effect on us on all levels, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  

All of our sessions take place in one of our private healing suites equipped with a spacious 2 person Infrared Sauna, refrigerator stocked with cold water and towels, and a smart TV.
