Simon Pearcey

Simon Pearcey is a seasoned software engineering executive with extensive experience in leading and managing software development teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Blu Wireless, Simon oversees all software development activities, including device firmware and cloud-native solutions. Previously, Simon held significant roles at Cisco, managing control plane services for cloud security, and at Zeetta Networks as VP of Engineering. Prior positions include Director of Software Engineering at Amdocs and various managerial roles at Cisco's Small Cell Technology Group and Ubiquisys, where Simon was instrumental in product direction and architectural strategy. Simon's technical acumen is underpinned by a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Essex.
