Papi Reddy

Papi Reddy has extensive work experience in process excellence, automation, and quality assurance. Papi is currently the Head of Process Excellence & Automation at bluCognition since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Conduent from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Black Belt Analyst and Quality Assurance Manager. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Manager at Teamlease Services Limited, and from 2017 to 2018, they served as an Associate Manager in Quality & Training at the same company. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, they worked at MModal in the roles of Training & Development and Consultant.

Papi Reddy began their education in 1996, attending Christ University in Bangalore. Papi pursued a PUC degree, focusing on History, Economics, Political Science, and Sociology, and completed their studies in 1998. In 1999, they enrolled at Acharya Nagarjuna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in 2002, specializing in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Papi Reddy has also obtained several certifications. Papi received the "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt" certification from Benchmark Six Sigma in January 2018 and later achieved the "Lean Six Sigma Black Belt" certification from the same institution in March 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the "Professional in Human Resources: Recruiting" certification from Skillsoft in July 2021.
