Bharathi M has been working in the business development field since 2017. Bharathi began their career as a Business Development Manager at Cognier Insights Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. In 2019, they moved to Monster India as a Sales Associate, where they were responsible for a portfolio of 1000+ accounts in the Major and Corporate segment, account renewals, new business, and upsell. Bharathi also had a focus on global markets such as the Middle East, South East Asia, and India countries. In 2022, they moved to Blue Arcus Technologies, Inc. as a Business Development Specialist.

Bharathi M completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing from Badruka Institute of Management between 2015 and 2017.
