Discovery Sprint: We assess what you have and deliver a clear, honest roadmap. Fixed price. 1 to 2 weeks.
Build Sprint: We embed as your product team and ship production-ready software in structured phases. 4 to 12 weeks.
Rescue and Hardening: We audit, stabilise, and bring your product to a standard that withstands scrutiny. 2 to 6 weeks.
