Oliver Box

Oliver Box has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and hospitality industries. Oliver began their career as a Student Placement and Junior Catering Consultant at BlueArrow Catering in Bristol, where they developed business in a new geographical area. Oliver then worked as a Team Leader and Business Development Consultant at Blue Arrow Catering, focusing on the permanent and temporary recruitment sectors in the south-west. During their time there, they successfully doubled the revenue of the permanent desk. Oliver also served as a Manager and Director at Jefferson Hospitality Limited before joining REED as a Business Manager in the Education sector. In this role, they led a team of specialist recruiters, focusing on primary, secondary, SEN, and further education. Currently, Oliver is working at Blue Arrow as a Business Director, with previous roles including Executive Manager, Branch Manager, and Principle Managing Consultant. Their responsibilities have included staff management, compliance and auditing, sales and client development, and recruitment and selection of flexible employees.

Oliver Box completed their education history with a BSc (Hons) degree in Hospitality Business Development from Bournemouth University. Oliver attended Bournemouth University from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Prior Park College from 1994 to 2001, where they completed their GCSE's and A Levels. At Prior Park College, Oliver studied a range of subjects including Biology, Business Studies, Geography, English, and Maths.
