Sean Clare

Sean Clare has extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Sean has held various roles at Blue Arrow, starting as a Recruitment Consultant in 2009 and gradually moving up to positions such as Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Principal Managing Consultant. Sean then became the Divisional Manager for a new location in Derby before transitioning to Branch Manager in 2016. In their most recent role, Sean served as an Associate Director, responsible for leading the recruitment team and delivering tailored services to clients in the Derbyshire region. Prior to their time at Blue Arrow, they worked as a Sales Negotiator at Your Move and a Recruitment Consultant at CareerLink.

From 2003 to 2005, Sean Clare attended Burton College where they studied media, digital imaging, and film studies. However, no degree was obtained during this time.
