Colleen Patrick

Colleen Patrick, CCP, GRP, currently serves as Compensation Leader at Blue Bird Corporation since June 2024. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Director of Compensation at PosiGen from December 2023 to June 2024, and at McKinstry from December 2022 to December 2023. Colleen's academic background includes a BA in Speech Communication, Theatre, and English from Indiana University Bloomington, along with certifications as a CCP and GRP from World At Work. Additionally, Colleen participated in the Emerging Leader Program at Fifth Third Bank in 2013.
