Esteban Garcia Leaño is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in product support, training, and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Product Support and Training Manager at Terberg Taylor Americas LLC since August 2022, Esteban previously held various leadership roles at Bioenergy S.A.S, including Plant Mills and Industrial Maintenance Chief. Esteban co-founded Spike Outdoors Equipment, focusing on outdoor gear for travelers, and G&G Industries, which developed user-friendly accessories for motorcyclists. Earlier experience includes a brief role with Teleperformance Colombia as a bilingual customer service agent and a position as Production Engineer at ACUSTEC DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. Esteban holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, completed in 2018.
