After scaling it to 600 employees, he sold iSpace Health to Cotiviti, a provider of analytics driven payment accuracy solutions, where served as Senior Vice President helping the company go public. Cotiviti, went public on the NYSC in 2016 and eventually got acquired by Veritas Capital-backed Verscend for $4.9Bn in 2018. Prior to iSpace, Ram co-founder Symphony Data Corporation, a healthcare technology and services company that was acquired by Zavata in 2005 where Ram served as SVP & GM post acquisition. Prior to Symphony Data, Ram founded Nextech LLC, an IT services company that he successfully exited. Ram received a Master’s degree in Physics and an MBA from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India. In his free time Ram focuses on being an awesome husband and father.
