Isabela Costa

Isabela Costa is currently the Chief Operating Officer at BlueCloud, where they lead strategic initiatives in private equity operations, focusing on revenue growth through scaling operations and strategic acquisitions. They also serve as an Executive-in-Residence at Hudson Hill Capital, providing expertise in M&A. Previously, Isabela held various roles in strategic and business operations at companies including JumpCloud and J.P. Morgan. They are pursuing an MBA at The Wharton School, where they are a Joseph Wharton Fellow, and participated in an exchange program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, having earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Cum Laude.
