Blue Collar Back Office was founded with the primary objective to provide professional level administrative and financial services for growing businesses. Our goal is to provide flexible, quality back office services to small businesses without the burden of full time employees. The streamlined approach helps our clients focus on their strengths and expertise, while tackling the details that often overwhelm business owners.

We provide professional expertise in every step from day-to-day bookkeeping to annual reporting. Our dedicated and qualified staff start by organizing your books, then create customized proposals and invoicing, banking organization, and overall money management to get your business to the next level.

We understand the issues and challenges that you face everyday because we also run a construction business here in New Jersey. From not having enough time to properly bid out projects to spending time over the weekend to send out invoices – we feel your pain. We can help you stay organized with all of the odds & ends that keep piling up and slipping through the cracks. We want to help clear your plate so you can focus your time doing what you do best.

We’ll take the guess work out of your business decisions because we’ll be able to provide a clear understanding of your money-in & money-out to avoid overspending and poor decision making. We have the experience and expertise to help you create a proper workflow to maintain healthy books and make smarter choices.
