Debbie Mitchell

Debbie Mitchell is a seasoned Health and Safety Business Partner with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at The Blue Cross since October 2005. Notable achievements include transforming the organization's health and safety management system through innovative IT solutions and developing comprehensive health, safety, and wellbeing strategies. Prior to this role, Debbie worked as a Health and Safety Adviser at the University of Reading from 1996 to 2005, focusing on policy formulation, training, and fostering a proactive safety culture. Earlier experience as an Environmental Health Officer at Chiltern District Council, from 1988 to 1996, involved managing technical staff and delivering high standards in public health and safety services.
