Gary Chiu is an accomplished facilities and engineering leader with extensive experience in managing complex capital projects and operations. Previously, they held the position of Sr. Director, Facilities & Engineering at Sana Biotechnology, Inc., enhancing engineering standards and managing major facility build-outs. Their career spans roles in organizations such as Bionova Scientific and Boehringer Ingelheim, where they contributed significantly to engineering collaboration and reliability in biopharmaceutical production. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
