Bozidar Spirovski has extensive work experience in information security and IT infrastructure. Bozidar is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Blue dot, where they established and managed the InfoSec organization, achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification, and built a cybersecurity team. Prior to this, they worked as the Founder and Mentor at BeyondMachines, guiding and mentoring others in the industry. Bozidar also served as the Chief Information Security Officer at H4, where they developed the information security program, achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification, and built a cybersecurity team. From 1995-2000, they pursued a University Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with a major in Computer Engineering at the University of 'Sv. Kiril i Metodij' in Skopje.

Throughout their career, Bozidar obtained various certifications. In 2001-2002, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. In 2002-2003, they underwent operative system and networking training at HP, focusing on HP-Unix 11 and Networking. During the same period, they also attained the HP MC/ServerGuard Clustering certification. In 2003, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification, followed by the Critical Path Messaging Platform 7 training at Critical Path Training. Bozidar also completed the Billing System Custom Training, specifically in Openet FusionWorks 3.0 Convergent Mediation System. Additionally, in 2003, they gained Project Management expertise through the PRINCE2 Project Management certification.

Further expanding their skill set, Bozidar acquired the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification in 2007, specializing in Information Security. In 2008, they obtained the Certified ITIL v.3 Foundations certification, focusing on IT Service Management. Additionally, Bozidar obtained an ITIL foundations certification in 2008.

Bozidar completed advanced management techniques training at the Adizes Institute SEE in 2011. In the same year, they enrolled in the University of Sheffield and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on MBA in Healthcare Management.
