Daniel Macaulay is an entrepreneur and the Founder of Brandwave Marketing, a B-Corp certified sports marketing consultancy. With a background in water sports, Daniel has dedicated their career to promoting the positive impact of sports and has served as an ambassador for organizations such as The Blue Earth Summit and the Youth Adventure Trust. Daniel completed a Marketing degree and a Masters in Business Studies at Dublin Business School before working as the European Marketing Director for the surf brand O'Neill. Currently, Daniel mentors over 100 start-ups and participates on the international judging panel for UK Active and the Endorphin Sports Film Awards.
