Blue Harp Consulting Corporation was founded in Calgary, Alberta in February 2020 by David Carscadden. Our mission is to support the growth of renewable energy and sustainability sectors in Canada’s economy, addressing the increasing demand for consulting firms experienced in successfully implementing renewable energy projects. In 2021, we expanded to Regina, Saskatchewan, to better serve our growing client base in the province.

With expertise spanning all project stages, we are committed to helping you realize your goals. Whether you’re seeking assistance in site selection for energy storage or wind projects, require guidance in forming public-private partnerships, or wish to assess your community’s impacts from climate change, we offer tailored solutions. Our method is not a one-size-fits all approach, and we adapt to each client’s requests, needs, goals, and organizational structure.

We believe that our team is our greatest asset, having completed projects related to our key areas of focus in renewable energy, energy storage, and grid modernization for clients across Canada and internationally. Each of our team members brings a unique skill set that enables us to support a diverse range of clients. We work with various clients, including renewable energy project developers and independent power producers (IPPs), governments, First Nations, municipalities, renewable energy investment companies, and international smart grid companies. As a professional and agile team, we pride ourselves on adapting to the individual needs of each client and delivering the highest quality of service.
