Blue Hawk Investments, LLC (“BHI”), located in Newton, Massachusetts is a value-add integrated private equity real estate investment/development firm. The firm and its affiliates are focused on areas where there exists a value proposition in redevelopment for mixed-use, residential, hospitality, land development, retail and self-storage programs.

BHI has worked extensively and collaboratively with a number of municipalities, governmental agencies and community organizations to gain, and in some instances author, complicated zoning and permit approvals.
