Customer Work Flow, Migrations, and Projects Engineer at Blue Layer

Raymond Hernandez has had a diverse work experience since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Foam Insulation Laborer for Thermo Dynamic Insulation. In 2009, they were an AV Technician for Angelo State University. In 2012, they worked as a Windows 7 Migration Consultant for Concho and as a New England IP Help Desk for Convergys. In 2013, they were a Computer Installation Consultant for Covenant Health (Lubbock, Levelland, & Plainview) and a Temporary Consultant for City of Lubbock. From 2014 to present, they have been with Blue Layer, first as a Level 1 Support Technician, then as a Level 2 Technician/Team Lead, and currently as a Customer Work Flow, Migrations, and Projects Engineer.

Raymond Hernandez is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, which they began in 2020. Raymond has also obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), CompTIA, Microsoft, Linux Professional Institute, AXELOS Global Best Practice, and CompTIA. These certifications include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Server+ Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Project+ Certification, LE-1: Linux Essentials, CompTIA Network Infrastructure Professional – CNIP Stackable Certification, ITIL 4 ® Foundation, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification.
