Steven Stein

Steven Stein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital operations and cloud services. As the Senior Director of Digital Operations at Blue Mantis since May 2011, Steven leads global operations across teams in the US, Canada, and India, specializing in customized operational models and shared services NOC solutions. Previous roles at Blue Mantis include Director of Cloud and Security Operations, where responsibilities included managing hybrid cloud operations and incident management, and Manager of Network & Server Support, overseeing technical delivery for a diverse client base. Prior to Blue Mantis, Steven played a significant role at Welsh Consulting as Partner and Manager of Consulting Services, along with various positions at Canon USA and the MTA. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University.
