Josh Hoffner

Josh Hoffner, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh is currently the Director Of Operations at JMW Sales, Inc., where they lead Operations and IT teams and implements efficient supply chain and information systems. Josh is responsible for planning and implementing process improvements, addressing technology challenges and security risks, and developing and executing company-wide IT strategy.

Prior to their current role, Josh worked at VP Racing Fuels as an Operations Manager from 2006 to 2015. In this position, they managed all aspects of inbound/outbound freight, inventory, and logistics. Josh also developed and executed business plan execution, ensured quality of services, and provided exceptional customer service. Additionally, they controlled expenses and managed customer invoicing and documentation.

From 2003 to 2006, Josh worked as a Business Office Manager at Hemet Healthcare Surgery Center. In this role, they oversaw daily facility operations, led a team of front office and billing staff, and identified opportunities for process improvement. Josh also analyzed financial reports, administered employee benefits, and managed payroll.

Josh Hoffner, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Capella University. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications. Josh holds a Six Sigma Data Analytics Certification, a Certified Supply Chain Manager certification, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, a Netsuite Certified Administrator certification, and a Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certified certification.
