Andre Weil

Andre Weil is a Safety & Mission Assurance leader at Blue Origin, where they lead a team focused on system safety for the New Glenn & Engines programs. With a strong background in aerospace engineering and project management, Andre previously worked as an Aerospace Engineer at the Federal Aviation Administration, where they managed risk evaluations for high-profile licensing programs. Their experience includes consulting roles and extensive contributions to safety analyses for NASA launch sites. Andre holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of San Francisco, a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
