Asher Yap is a seasoned aerospace and propulsion engineer currently serving as a Sr. Propulsion Engineer at BLUE ORIGIN, where they lead chemical propulsion for advanced development space mobility projects. They previously held multiple roles at BLUE ORIGIN, including Sr. Manager of Vehicle Integration for the New Shepard Production and Sr. Propulsion Engineer for the BE-3PM design. Asher's career also includes significant positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne as a Project Engineer, and they gained early experience as a Cubesat/Nanosat Propulsion Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. They earned a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington.
