Ashton George

Ashton George is a Fluid Systems Engineer at Blue Origin since April 2021, leading a team responsible for pneumatic and cryogenic systems on the New Shepard propulsion module and crew capsule. Previously, Ashton worked as a Production Test Engineer, qualifying and accepting flight-critical components and improving testing processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Development Engineer at Systima Technologies, where product development and testing were managed for various programs, and as Lead Systems Engineer for the Auburn University Small Satellite Program, overseeing subsystem teams and documentation for satellite projects. Earlier roles include iOS Developer at BitStorm, creating a mobile game, and a Retail Worker at Augusta National Golf Club during the 2014 Masters Tournament. Ashton holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University.
