Benjamin Bell serves as the BE-3U Senior IPT Lead at Blue Origin since May 2023, focusing on engine integration for the BE-3U project. Prior to that, Benjamin held various positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne from May 2016 to May 2023, including Senior Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, specializing in defense advanced program development, along with a role as Combustion Devices Design Engineer for the RS-25 combustion devices. At California State University, Northridge, Benjamin was the Aerodynamics Team Lead for the Human Powered Vehicle Competition, where the team achieved multiple awards including 1st Place Overall in 2016. Additionally, a mechanical design engineering internship at Jacobs supported projects at NASA's Kennedy Space Center for the Space Launch System. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
