Brian Cook

Brian Cook is a Structures Engineering Manager at Blue Origin in Kent, WA, where they lead the New Shepard Tanks team, overseeing design engineers, structural analysts, and weld engineers. They previously served as the responsible engineer for the NS Propulsion Module Tanks and the astronaut seats for the New Shepard crew capsule, contributing significantly to mechanical design, testing, and biomechanical analysis. Brian earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2016, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field obtained in 2014.
