Brian Hammer

Brian Hammer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Blue Origin since April 2022, Brian has successfully led the growth of the Production Engineering team from 3 to 50 engineers, overseeing cross-functional collaboration, non-conformance management, and production risk assessment. Prior to Blue Origin, Brian was the Engineering Manager at Embraer, where a prototype fabrication and testing facility was designed and developed under Brian's leadership. Experience also includes significant roles at United Space Alliance as Systems Engineer and at Florida Air National Guard as an Aircraft Electrical/Environmental Technician. Brian holds a BS in Aircraft Engineering Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an MS in Management of Technology from the University of Miami, and an AS in Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
