Brian Winters

Brian Winters, P.E., is a seasoned aerospace project engineering and management leader with extensive experience in the industry. They served as a Senior Director and Technical Fellow at Orbital ATK from 1996 to 2015, and as an Engineer at McDonnell Douglas Space Systems Company from 1989 to 1996. Currently, Brian holds the position of Senior Director, Integrated Facility Planning and Strategy at Blue Origin, having previously worked as Senior Director, Manufacturing and Test, and Senior Director, Test and Flight Operations at the same company from 2015 to 2021. Brian earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York and a MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
