Catherine Budd

Catherine Budd is currently an Aerospace Systems Engineer III at Blue Origin and is pursuing a M.Eng. in Systems Engineering and Design, building on a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Previously, they served as a Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman and gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at both the Plasmadynamics and Electric Propulsion Laboratory and the Ultrafast Optical Science Laboratory at the University of Michigan. Their internship at Belcan and experience at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center further enhanced their skills in the aerospace industry, where they are dedicated to solving complex design problems through integration and collaboration.
