Celeste Atchison

Celeste Atchison is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Manager of Materials and Processes at Blue Origin since December 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing teams of engineers in the Blue Engines business unit. Previously, Celeste held multiple roles within additive manufacturing, including Team Lead and Engineer, focusing on qualifying hardware for Blue's engine platforms and internal alloy qualifications. Prior experience includes roles at Morf3D Inc and various engineering co-op positions, as well as leadership in the Society of Women Engineers during the early stages of an educational and advocacy organization for LGBT+ engineering students, Speed Spectrum. Celeste holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
