Cesar Carrillo

Cesar Carrillo is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Product Group Lead for Propulsion Systems at Blue Origin, LLC since June 2005. In this role, Cesar focuses on transitioning research and development rocket propulsion systems to production, managing technical product efforts while collaborating with engineering design and supply chain teams. Previously, Cesar worked as a Propulsion Development Engineer at Blue Origin, contributing to the development of three rocket engines utilizing various propellant architectures. Prior experience includes serving as an Avionics Integration Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and a Technical Inspector for the UH-60 helicopter fleet with the US Army. Cesar holds a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
