Chris Tanner

Director, Structures and Mechanisms, Lunar Transportation

Chris Tanner is an accomplished engineer specializing in design, experimental work, and project management within the aerospace sector. They are currently the Director of Structures and Mechanisms for Lunar Transportation at Blue Origin. Chris has previously worked at NASA Johnson Space Center, where they completed cooperative education programs, and at Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Mechanical Engineer III, leading significant projects such as the Mars 2020 Parachute System. Chris holds a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology obtained in 2012.
